Media Services Group has a wide variety of Auxiliary equipment required to manufacture optical discs. This includes polycarbonate drying systems, water chillers, air compressors, vacuum pumps and exhaust blowers, in various production sizes.
Polycarbonate Dryers:
Media Services Group continues to promote Dri-Air Industries new polycarbonate drying systems. The high performance HP4 model 4-bed drying system can be configured to support up to four molding machines.
Dri-Air’s optical disc line comes complete with standard features such as stainless steel insulate hoppers with access door, HEPA filter to remove dust and debris from process air, water after cooler, and temperature setback feature to prevent over drying of material.
All these features are packaged in a space saving compact design.
